How to reach us - by car

Coming from the Adriatic coast
Take highway A14 (Bologna-Taranto) and exit in Fano. Take Via Flaminia (SS3) in the direction of Rome. After Fossombrone, the highway forks: saty to the right, in the direction of Rome. After a 3 km long tunnel exit at “Smirra di Cagli.”.

Coming from Rome. (Approximately a 3 hour drive)
Travel along A1 highway in the direction of Florence and exit at Orte. Follow the signs to Terni. Once at Terni, follow the signs for Via Flaminia (SS3) in the direction of Fano. This is the most panoramic drive in reaching Fontalba Castle which is located at km 239 on the Via Flaminia, exit “Smirra di Cagli.”
Alternatively, after the Orte exit follow the signs to Terni, after about 20 km take highway E45 in the direction of Perugia-Cesena. At the fork for perugia, follow signs to Cesena. After approximately 15 km, you will exit Bosco-Gubbio. Once in Ponte D’assi, just prior to arriving in Gubbio, follow signs to Fano along Via Flaminia (SS3). Villa Fontalba Castle is located at km 239 of the Via Flaminia, exit “Smirra di Cagli.”
